With an experience of 15 years in the practice of law, Mrinal Madhav is a well known name at the Delhi High Court. He leads a team of professionally qualified and bright litigation lawyers.
After Graduating from Amity Law school in 2004, Mrinal Madhav had a brief stint with Wipro, one of the top five IT companies of India. Mrinal then joined the Chambers of Shri K. C. Mittal, former Chairman of the Bar Council of Delhi.
Mrinal has vast experience in service matters, labour matters, recovery suits, matrimonial laws, Constitutional Law and miscellaneous High Court litigations. He has successfully defended and appeared for various clients including for the Government of India.
A pragmatic player, Mrinal deeply believes in alternate dispute resolution mechanisms (ADR), to avoid heavy litigation whenever possible. Mrinal is also a qualified Mediator empaneled with the Delhi High Court Mediation Center.
Mrinal regularly advises and assists domestic and foreign corporate clients in setting up business ventures in India. He appears at the board of various companies to advise on their strategy.
